This is an oldie but goodie from my Williams-Sonoma Cooking for Yourself cookbook (recipe where serving size = 1…. I love this cookbook).
Had some heavy cream leftover from making the Chicken Tikka Masala, so I decided to break this out again.

Made this last weekend. I cooked on high for 3 to 4 hours because I bought the ingredients around noon. However I don’t think the tomatoes/sauce reduced enough… so next time I would make sure I have the ingredients in the morning and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours….

Stumbled across this recipe via Pinterest a few weeks ago… Finally made it on Friday. Its pretty easy… just 3 ingredients (I skipped the food coloring).
Freeze for 3 hours… luckily it survived in my freezer with no power for 17 hours.
