Today Prince George’s County Maryland introduced their new mobile app CountyClick. Available for iPhone and Android. Once installed you register for an account, and once you confirm your email address you are able to fully use the app.
The main functionality seems to be for reporting issues or entering service requests (ie traffic signals out, illegal dumping, etc), and then you can track the status of any submitted requests via the app. The submission form even allows you to attach photos that may be related to your issue.
Luckily I haven’t had to report any issues, but this seems like a good tool for residents of Prince Georges County to have.
