Went here for brunch over Memorial Day weekend….
Started with a Blood Orange- Lavender mimosa…
Next up… some fresh Guacamole, made table side — with green tomatillo, serrano chile, and crumbled queso fresco. This was awesome. Even better than Rosa Mexicano.
For brunch I had Cayo de hacha con pipian de chile pasilla – seared scallops with a pasilla chile and pumpkin seed sauce, orange segments, pumpkin seed oil and toasted pumpkin seeds. This was soooooo good.
And then we moved on to Strawberry Avocado mimosas…..these were amazing. Sounds weird with the Avocado… but trust me…. it was Awesomesauce. I had two…. and if they were free could have probabaly spent the rest of the afternoon sipping on them.
